The block rate is available before, during, and after the event for anyone who may wish to extend their stay.
There are four options of room types in the hotel block, and those that are specified as being in the "main tower" don't require walking outside to attend the events/activities.
The rooms that don't specify that they are in the main tower may require a short walk outdoors, and are similar to the rooms in the tower, but located in smaller buildings that surround the conference centre and tower.
Some of these offer outdoor seating areas on the ground level.
In the "comments" section, at the time of booking, you will each have the option of including special requests similar to: Please keep me as close to the conference centre as possible. Please keep me on a low floor.
